tests with set of wings shown
12 VDC  520 RPM  1/4 Amp

test with better set of wings
12 VDC  621 RPM  1/4 Amp

With a 50 ohm resistor and the new wings
12 VDC   speed = 412 RPM   1/8 Amp

The speed will be dependent on the wing design and it can
be set by selecting the proper value of series resistor.

We used brass tubing for wing shafts and wheel collars to
hold the wings to the motor shafts.
